Caden Benjamin, from Standerton in South Africa, weighs 14 stone 2lbs (90 kilogrammes) due to his fixed overeating.

‘Truly, he’d eat any paper he would discover in the home. If there’s nothing for him to eat, he’ll scrape collectively the dust he finds on the ground and eat that.’
